Skilled Meat Workers

Stanbroke is seeking people who are looking to start a full-time career in a location where you can live close to family and friends and be paid well for it.

If you are an experienced and qualified Boner, Slicer or Slaughter person to a level 4 ANZCO standard, then we want to hear from you.

 

  • Experienced & Skilled Boner - trim / cut meat from bones, sides and carcasses.  Cut meat into standard primal cuts to customer specifications.  People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.

  • Experienced & Skilled Slicer - trim and cut primal meat cuts, remove internal fat / clots / bruises to prepare for package to customer specifications.  People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.

  • Experienced & Skilled Slaughter Person - humanely process livestock in an Abattoir - strictly adhering to food safety, hygiene and religious customer requirements.  People in these roles are highly skilled knife hands.

 

 People with the above experience could have earnings from between $70 000 to $80 000 per year (without overtime).  This is well above award wages.
