We’re looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to help lead the digital storytelling behind Australia’s most premium beef brands.

Your Role:

This is a newly created role driven by business growth, giving you the opportunity to shape how Stanbroke’s global brands connect with customers across multiple platforms.

You’ll lead content planning and execution across social media, websites, and digital channels, bringing each brand’s story to life through powerful visuals, videos, and narratives. You’ll also take ownership of SteakSchool.com, our flagship education platform, ensuring it continues to inspire consumers and chefs alike with recipes, guides, and insights into Australia’s finest beef.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead content creation and planning across digital channels, including websites, social media, and customer communications.
  • Develop and publish organic posts, reels, stories, and short-form video that engage audiences and strengthen brand perception.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok - delivering measurable results.
  • Manage and refresh SteakSchool.com, creating and uploading new content (recipes, product stories, educational articles) that build awareness and trust.
  • Support brand launches and refreshes with digital-first campaigns and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative partners, photographers and videographers to build a consistent visual identity across all brands.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A creative digital storyteller with 3+ years’ experience in content creation or social media marketing, ideally within FMCG, food, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-brand content pipelines and social accounts.
  • Proven ability to create and manage paid social campaigns with demonstrated results.
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and content editing tools, or confident briefing and managing external creatives.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms for uploading and maintaining digital content.
  • A passion for food, storytelling, and digital creativity - bringing brands to life online.
